soffyn is designed to support your general well-being through affirmations, journaling, goal tracking, and mindfulness features. I genuinely care about your health — and because I do, I want to be clear about what soffyn is and isn't.
2. What soffyn is
- A space for daily reflection, affirmations, and showing up for yourself — however that looks.
- A supportive space designed specifically for neurodivergent minds
- A tool built with care, by someone who needed it herself
3. What soffyn is not
- A licensed mental health service or therapy platform
- A substitute for professional medical or psychological care
- A crisis intervention service
- A diagnostic tool of any kind
