This policy covers the soffyn website, waitlist, and contact form. It does not describe data practices for the future soffyn app.

Who is responsible

soffyn is a product of Developed By Akia, LLC. For privacy questions, email hello@soffyn.com.

Information you provide

• Waitlist: your email address, your first name if you provide it, and your consent to receive updates.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Email: your address and any information you include when you contact me directly.

How I use it

I use waitlist information to send welcome emails, occasional soffyn updates, early access opportunities, and launch and membership instructions. I use contact information to respond to your message.

Services used to run the website

I use Netlify to host the website and process form submissions, Zapier to transfer waitlist signup information, and MailerLite to manage the waitlist and send emails. These services process information as part of providing those functions. I do not sell your personal information.

Website requests and preferences

Netlify may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and operate the website. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests from your browser to Google.

The website stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove that preference by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser.

Unsubscribing and stored information

You can stop waitlist emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Unsubscribing is not the same as deleting information already stored in form submissions or service records. To request deletion, email hello@soffyn.com.

Stored waitlist and form records are kept until you request deletion. Contact messages are also kept until you request deletion.

Your requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, contact hello@soffyn.com. I may need to verify that the request comes from the person the information concerns.

Policy updates

I’ll update the date on this page when the policy changes and let the waitlist know about changes to how its information is handled.
