By using soffyn.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. They cover the website, waitlist, and contact form operated by Developed By Akia, LLC. They do not cover use of the future soffyn app.

1. What soffyn is (and isn't)

soffyn is a wellness app in development. The website provides information about soffyn and lets you join the waitlist or contact me.

soffyn is intended to support general well-being. It is not a medical product, mental health treatment, or therapy service. soffyn does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

In the United States, you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any time for crisis support.

2. Waitlist and communications

By joining the soffyn waitlist, you agree to receive:

I send waitlist emails about soffyn. I do not sell your personal information. You can stop waitlist emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails.

3. Your information

I use waitlist information to send welcome emails, occasional soffyn updates, early access opportunities, and launch and membership instructions. I use contact information to respond to your message.

The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how long it is kept.

Unsubscribing stops waitlist emails; it does not delete stored information. To request deletion, email hello@soffyn.com.

4. Intellectual property

Everything on soffyn.com — including the soffyn name, logo, tagline ("soffyn (v.) like soften."), copy, design, and all content — is owned by Developed By Akia, LLC and protected by applicable trademark and copyright law.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any soffyn content without written permission from Developed By Akia, LLC.

5. No warranties

soffyn.com is provided as-is during the pre-launch phase. Developed By Akia, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, about the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the website for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Developed By Akia, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of soffyn.com or participation in the waitlist.

7. Changes to these terms

I may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If I make significant changes, I’ll let you know via email or a notice on the website. Your continued use of soffyn.com after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
