1. What soffyn is (and isn't)

soffyn is a wellness app currently in pre-launch. By joining our waitlist, you're signing up to receive updates about our launch and early access opportunities.

soffyn is a wellness tool designed to support your daily well-being through journaling, affirmations, goal tracking, and mindfulness features. It is not a medical product, mental health treatment, or therapy service. soffyn does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed healthcare provider or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any time.

2. Waitlist and communications

By joining the soffyn waitlist, you agree to receive:

We will only contact you about soffyn. We will never sell your email address or personal information to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

3. Your information

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and any other information you choose to provide. We use this solely to send you soffyn launch updates and beta access information.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@soffyn.com.

4. Intellectual property

Everything on soffyn.com — including the soffyn name, logo, tagline ("your safe space to just be"), copy, design, and all content — is owned by Developed By Akia, LLC and protected by applicable trademark and copyright law.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any soffyn content without our written permission.

5. No warranties

soffyn is provided as-is during the pre-launch phase. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the availability, accuracy, or fitness of our website or app for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Developed By Akia, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of soffyn.com or participation in the waitlist.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of soffyn.com after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
